Effective December 1, 2024, all San Antonio Water System (SAWS) customers should note that SAWS has partnered with BSI to manage all backflow reporting and compliance. BSI imposes a $9.95 submission fee for each test. As a result, the test fee for SAWS customers will include a flat $10 fee to cover this charge.
